Kids dancing at wedding reception with Kansas City Wedding DJAfter you have checked the availability of the DJs for your event date and spoken with us as to who can officially DJ for you, the official booking process can begin. The booking process requires 3 steps:

  1. A contract with deposit
  2. Filled out general event information sheet (same document as the contract)
  3. Wedding information sheet (obviously this only applies to weddings!)

You will find all relavent documents in the download section.

Since the contract and general information sheet are required for every gig, we bundled the two documents together. The contract is on the second page of the general event planner. Please fill this out and mail it in an envelope with the deposit check immediately. Your event will not be officially booked until the check has been cashed. Please read the contract carefully before signing.

The wedding information worksheet is important for wedding receptions. This document does not need to be returned to us immediately, and can be sent to us through email or snail mail. Whatever is most convenient for you. It is best if you can get this document to us at minimum of 30 days in advance of your event so that we have plenty of time to get new songs if you have requested them, and just to make sure that we have all the info we need. If we don't have all the info or can't get the music in time, it's always best to have some extra time to get things worked out!

  • Great Music!

We get new music every month and have a vast collection of all genres of music. Our clients can make special requests ahead of the event, but all guests will be able to make requests on the fly during the party!
